Desert Armor offers a range of products and services. In-stock products are shipped within 1-5 business days. Roof Top Tents are shipped at a flat rate based on the region to the nearest freight hub for customer pickup. Residential delivery with lift gate service is available for an additional fee. Desert Armor is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package is delivered damaged, customers are advised to contact Desert Armor immediately. If a package is misplaced or stolen after delivery, no refund or reimbursement will be provided. Desert Armor also offers local pickups. Customers can contact them at their email address for available pickup options. Shipping rates for other products and accessories are calculated at checkout. Customers can change their delivery address if the order is still being processed for shipment. Desert Armor has a return policy where customers can return their items by filling out the Return Request Form on their website. Any refunds processed will be refunded to the original method of payment and may take up to 10 days to appear on the statement. Desert Armor is not responsible for any products lost or damaged during the return shipping.

For other products and accessories, returns of new, unused items in their intact, original packaging are accepted for up to 30 days after the order processing date. Returns for a refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Cancellation of any product that has a stated production lead time will be a 10% cancellation fee. Some items, including tents, custom items, special ordered items, are not eligible for a return. Fees that cover the costs associated with processing transactions include a 4% processing fee that is non-refundable for all cancellations and returns for customers who check out via the Square payment processor, PayPal, Affirm, and Klarna. To cancel, modify an order, or initiate a return request, a form needs to be filled out. Submitting this form does not indicate that the order will be cancelled or the return request is accepted. Depending on how far along the fulfillment process the order is in, cancellation or returns may not be possible and/or a cancellation or restocking fee may apply.

If residential delivery is purchased, the trucking company will call to schedule the delivery a day or two in advance. Shipping rates can be easily calculated at checkout by inputting the zip code or City/State. All in-stock products ship within 1-5 business days.
