All Desert Armor RTT’s come with a LIFETIME WARRANTY. For other products and accessories, returns of new, unused items in their intact, original packaging are accepted for up to 30 days after the order processing date. Returns for a refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Cancellation of any product that has a stated production lead time will be a 10% cancellation fee. Some items, including tents, custom items, special ordered items, are not eligible for a return. Fees that cover the costs associated with processing transactions include a 4% processing fee that is non-refundable for all cancellations and returns for customers who check out via the Square payment processor, PayPal, Affirm, and Klarna.
